Fri: 5 miles neg. splits 8:30 - 7:30, finished last .5 mile at 6:30, Legs
Sat: 5 miles 8:30 - 8:00 negative splits, sprinted last .25 mile
Sun: 10 miles at 9:00 pace, easy long run
Another brutal week at work, good positive workouts, feeling strong at times and weak at times.... need to fine tune my food intake... do well until get home and then want to eat the house before bedtime... oh well, I'm burning some serious calories... Good luck to the Millers at the tough mudder...After seeing the obstacles, it should be called the tough nutter... gotta have some Cahones grande for that event... hope the weather is aweful.... more epic :)
