Guys, I've been having a strong ammonia smell after certain workouts and finally decided to do some research and found this article...makes sense....Also, this could prove that my carb intake is not high enough and also the reason I have stopped burning fat? Or from the article, my water intake is not high enough...and it's not right now either...Not sure, but glad to know the ammonia smell situation
