I've stopped doing Caesar salads. I've just not read anything but negative stories about them. I've also cut out cheese from my diet completely and have cut back on any milk-related products. I've discoverd I'm lactose intolerant and this has made a BIG difference in my stomach discomfort. Incredible what living this endurance sports lifestyle has done in helping me understand my body better.
