Tues: 2 mile run 9:07 pace 20 mile bike 17 mph
Wed: 3 mile run 9:40 pace
Thur: Rest
Fri: 4 mile run 8:45 pace
Sun: 2 mile run 20 mile bike, 2 mile run
a little sore and tired from my vacation/mini marathon.......however, sundays brick was nice ......felt real strong.........
