Monday: 2 mile run (7:20 pace)
Wed: 5 mile run (8:00 pace)
Thur: 45 mile bike at 16.5 mph
pretty easy week.......felt a little unmotivated.....dealing with some stressors at work......Will have to go back to 3rd shift next month......got me a little depressed as this will sap a lot of my energy levels.......however, bound not to let this get to my workouts or my mental state........i will fight back with positive energy.......just disrupted my flow this week....... going to get some good workouts in before my Duathlon on Saturday........ "Give it Hell" men....... cant wait for the BDB 100.........
