Dino Weekly

Mon: 5 mile run @ 7:39
Wed: 6 mile run @ 8:45
Thur: 5 mile run @ 7:43
Sat: 14 mile run @ 8:33

An amazing discovery I made this week: "FISH OIL" my chiropractor recommended taking fish oil for inflamation.... It does a most amazing job. My legs have never felt better. Seems as though all the Achillies Tendonitis is gone. Also purchased some new kicks for the run (ASICS Kayano).... Really feeling good. However, after last weeks barrage of eating what ever I wanted (post marathon eats).... I have once again become a "Carbo Whore".... eating lots of nasty foods. Pizza, ice cream, cookies, and cookouts.... good stuff, just not very healthy. Im kinda stuck in a rut of just running. Having trouble scheduling in some bike rides and not warm enough for outdoor swims. Also loosing some motivation (no more scheduled events).... Might have to sign up for some sort of event to keep the fire going. Good luck to all and train hard (especially if you have an Ironman this year).......
