Dinos Weekly

Mon: 4 mile run @ 7:12
Wed: 5 mile run @ 8:30 and 20 mile bike @ 16 mph.....hills
Thu: 30 minute swim and 3 mile run @ 9:17
Fri: 30 minute swim
Sat: 12 mile run @ 8:26

decent week.... swim still not good.... concentrating on a wider stroke and not crossing the centerline..... still just dont get it. But the water was nice and relaxing.... good change as far as exercise goes. mixed it up a bit this week. Speed, distance, bricks, swim, bike, run........

let's figure a weekend when you can come to O-boro and we'll hit the pool somewhere and I can show you the items that I;ve learned in a short time....when I started about 6 weeks ago...I could not do 50 meters...did 600 with no breaks this past week...I still have a LONG way to go, but it's starting to make sense

Nice week. Glad to see you getting back in the pool. It will come. It takes a lot more time, but you can do it. I've heard too many stories about people who could barely swim 25 meters who later finished an Ironman. You'll do it!
Take Bacon up on his offer. He's got a great teacher. I've been really impressed by how far he's come in such a short time.
Those run times are nice. I've been doing so much low heart rate and slow stuff, I suffered at today's Olympic triathlon. Still had a decent finish, but it was all due to a decent swim and my best bike yet.
Sure would be nice to be able to put it all together one time!
