Bacon Weekly

Mon- 30 min slow run
Tuesday- Chest, triceps, and abs
Wendesday- 45 min cycling sprints 2 min fast/2 min slow
Thursday- sick (rest)
Fri-sick (rest)
Sat- 90 min cycling (trainer)
Sun- Off

Took on a nasty head cold which posed a problem for mid-week training. Getting better, but still headache and congested....rested today in hopes of a better morning tomorrow. Preparing for cycling training this Friday in Austin...4 days of cycling bliss with some good buds. Need to get a decent run in this week, so I hope I feel better to do so. My nutrition stinks when I feel bad too...the down feeling makes it easier to sneak a few extra animal crackers!
