Tired of my standard phones..causing me problems on the run. I just bought the Sony MDR-J11G on ebay for 13.99 and free shipping....be sure and read the comments after the blog guys info, which is not very valuable...the best suggestions are the comments...

Very cool. I still use my regular iPod buds but they do fall out on occasion.
iPods are not allowed in triathlons (USAT rules) and in most sanctioned marathons (Austin Marathon forbids them...if you get caught wearing them your times won't count toward Boston qualifying). For that reason, I don't upgrade my equipment...although I am on my third iPod. The other two were ruined by my profuse sweating. The warranty covered the replacements.
