Not much to mention this week. Moms in the hospital with some digestive track issues. Has now been moved to Nortons here in Louisville. A little progression but still there non the less. A stressful 7 day work week and the arrival of a new niece (melanies brother first baby).... Had to go to leitchfield for some bishop photography needs. Spread a little thin this week but still managed a 8 mile run @ 8:52 on Tues. Did a four miler on Thur. and a four miler on Fri. Both at about a 8:20 pace. Did a lot of stress eating. Will try to get back on track after everybody gets out of the hospital again..... Just more life issues. Another chapter of my life opening....Caring for my elderly parents. Actually have had some good visits with them.... just a shame it takes the hospital to slow my life down to go visit......No complaining --- they have taken care of me for many years. No complaining about the job --- no complaints about life..... I have way to much to complain about not getting a bike or run in..... later
