Bacon Weekly

Mon- Chest, shoulder, tri and abs
Tuesday- 3 mile run (fastest pace to date)
Wednesday- 1 hour Cardio program
Thursday- 11 mile ride (new shoes and pedals)
Friday- Golfing
Saturday-10 mile ride
Sunday- 26 mile ride (St. Joseph Peace Mission ride)


Great week for the kid...still feeling a bit droopy, but mananged to put together a killer fitness week; nutrition was good with a brief intermission from time to time. My new nickname is Hurricane Bacon....I was in the middle of my ride Sunday when the winds kicked up...I have some great stories...I'll save for the BDB......
