Mon: Rest
Tues: Rest
Wed: 45 mile bike (17 mph)
Thur: 2 mile run (8:20)
Fri: Rest
Sat: 100 mile bike ride (17.8 mph)
Sun: Rest

You guys wont believe the ride I did Saturday....Awesome ride with some really cool people.... in fact some of the best friends a guy could have in this lifetime! a beautiful week of exercise...... now going to focus on a little rest and some endurance running in the weeks to come for a 26.2 in the spring........
